Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Period

Flexbeauty offers a 14-day refund period from the date of your first coaching session or programme start date. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within this window by contacting us at info@flexbeauty.world.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request the refund within 14 days of the first session or start date
  • You must have attended at least one coaching session
  • Your request must be submitted in writing to our email address

3. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions

Cancellations of individual coaching sessions follow these rules:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit towards a future session
  • 24–47 hours notice: 50% refund or credit
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund or credit available

4. Programme Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an active coaching programme:

  • Written notice must be submitted with at least 2 weeks' notice
  • You will receive a pro-rata refund based on unused sessions
  • Any sessions already delivered are non-refundable

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Sessions that have already been completed
  • Digital materials or guides provided during coaching
  • Initial consultation fees (if applicable)

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to credit your account.

7. Disputes

If you believe a refund request has been incorrectly denied, please contact us within 30 days of the denial decision. We will review your case and respond within 7 business days.

8. No Sale Items

Any promotional or discounted coaching packages marked "final sale" are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once purchased and a session has been scheduled.
